Biography
David Lloyd Nelson is an experienced designer and licensed general contractor in the Chicago area. He graduated from IIT in 1992 with a B.A. in architecture and worked as a designer for leading interior design and architecture firms including Interior Space International and Space L.L.C., rising to Design Director at the latter.
He spent several years developing residential condominium projects in the Chicago area, specializing in conversions of vintage buildings ranging from 6 to 24 units. He founded David Lloyd in 2002 to offer residential customers a single source for high-quality, upscale design and contracting services. He’s completed numerous projects in the Chicago area ranging from single room interior design to gut rehab projects. Visit the portfolio here.
